• As a subject matter expert, Mr. Singh has travelled widely across the country and held positions of increasing responsibility with firms like CIPLA, Baxter India Ltd and Claris Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. and others.

• Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh's leading spirit and his extensive experience in the field of medicine spread over two decades has made The Healing Touch a consistent success story.  

• Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in the Indian pharmaceutical industry and established the Self Heal Group. Mr. Singh has been personally involved in and has nurtured the Self Heal growth story with the founding of Self Heal Pharma way back in 2013.

• He spearheads the operations of Self Heal Group with his grit and patient-centric strategies along with strong associations to expand rapidly making strides towards the top pharmaceutical companies in India.

• Mr. C.S. Varadan is the Director of the group. He brings in more than three decades of entrepreneurial experience ranging from setting up retail outlets to building pan-India distribution networks.

• As an individual who has personally fought and conquered a life threatening condition, Mr. Varadan has the ability to closely identify with patient needs and their struggles to recovery.

• Besides being a key member of the Self Heal group, Mr. Varadan continues to oversee and direct the Sterling Pharmaceuticals group founded by him 1986.
